The Cluetrain Manifesto was the seminal 1999 work of Chris Locke, Doc Searls, David Weinberger and Rick Levine.

Just how seminal? We’re still only touching the surface of their key point that “markets are conversations.”

You can read the entire book online for free if you missed it. And it’s a great refresher course for those testing the waters of social marketing.
